We are a Micro Brewery run by husband and wife team, Mike and Caroline Charlton. Opened for business in April 2009 brewing handcrafted real Ales.
The Brewery was a one Barrel plant, producing 4 firkins per brew. Demand was so great we quickly increased to brewing 4 times a week. Still unable to keep up with demand In April 2011 we designed, built and installed our own 3 Barrel Brewery, with 2 fermenters.
Our Ales are brewed using the best ingredients and all our malt is from ' The Warminster Maltings ' which is one of only 2 original floor Maltings left in England.
We now produce 3 regular Ales, ‘Havant Time’, 'Havant Started' & 'Havant Finished', which was voted Hampshire Beer of the year 2009/10, and also seasonal Ales throughout the year.
